We can deliver this package in a number of different ways:

 

Combined NLP and Hypnosis

NLP can help with values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviours, including Fears, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Bad habits, Confidence, Poor sleep imposter syndrome and limiting resilience.


Having trained and mastered the art of Hypnosis, NLP and many other modalities, everything we do is very much heart felt. We work on a unique journey together to enable you to become unstuck and plan a pathway forwards for a future with clarity and purpose.

Emotional freedom technique (tapping)

This technique is recognised by the NHS and has been found to be helpful with variety of unpleasant, uncomfortable or distressing feelings. Many people have found that it has helped them to relieve strong emotions, such as anxiety, anger, sadness or guilt. It can be helpful both with feelings that would be expected to ease naturally over time and also with long established feelings (such as phobias or post-traumatic stress). In addition, some people have found it helpful with troublesome physical sensations, such as pain, dizziness or cravings.


Mindfulness and Meditation

Mindfulness and meditation is a great way to focus and be present.

Gut brain connections and health benefits

The current understanding of the gutbrain axis adds to the growing evidence that a healthy, balanced diet could be an important preventative measure to reduce the risk of developing both physical and mental illnesses.

Chakra awareness

There are several different channels located on key points of the body through which energy can flow in and out in a constant stream. Each of the 7 chakras operates like a ball of energy interpenetrating the physical body, when tuning into your body you may sometimes feel “blocked” in a certain area, this could be related to your body’s natural flow of energy or lack of. Understanding how these chakras work can help you gain clarity and balance for optimal health and well-being.
 

Emotional intelligence (EQ)

The ability to identify, use, understand, and manage emotions in an effective and positive way. A high EQ helps individuals to communicate better, reduce their anxiety and stress, defuse conflicts, improve relationships, empathize with others, and effectively overcome life’s challenges.
